Using Intel Compilers

Sample job file for running a parallel job for more than a node:

cp -R $LOADL_STEP_INITDIR/* $tmpdir

mpiicc/mpiifort

mpiexec.hydra -np 64 -f $LOADL_HOSTFILE -ppn 16 ./a.out

mv ../job$Jobid $LOADL_STEP_INITDIR

In the command prompt, type the command, llsubmit multipe.cmd
